JNCO Los Angeles offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the fit and style of your heritage denim and streetwear.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange order will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
